In first day I learnt section 4(1)(b), Definitions, Information, Records and how to right the format taking Suo-motu. We can get the information from the constitution state legislature and government bodies and government aided bodies and the organization which is funded by the government. The information which we can get from the above mentioned government .
The records contain the advices, opinion, memos, circular, document, micro-films etc….the Suo-motu is a publication published by the government offices every year about the organization. The Suo-motu contain 17 point by which all information related to the organization will be in the 17 points. If any organization wants to add any information they can add to this 17points. This Suo-motu is not applicable to Jammu and Kashmir state, because this state is having terrorist attack frequently so the government official will not provides any information
Afternoon I and hanumanth went to central office to apply Suo-motu. When the officer heard this name they did not understood any thing, they asking question back to us what does this Suo-motu mean. Later we explained about 17 points which Suo-motu contain. Then we submit our application and got the attested copy from the office.
Second day Aushutosh and Thippanna thought about section 6(1)act of RTI . According to this Act we can get the particular information about any issue. To get this information we should write an application in our own words mentioning the specifying the exact point what we need. While submitting the application we should attach Rs 10/- post order or DD. The government has 30 days to give the information to our issue, if the application has to send to the higher authority they have a right to take 5days extra
For each page government charges Rs 2/- and for Cd’s Rs 10/-and for central government charges differ they even send information through e-mail if the office fails to send information within 30days, the should provide documents free of cost and we also have right to file a case on them.
After this class I went to labor department and submitted the application of section6(1) in final day what are the powers of CIC , SIC , How to file a complaint to CIC /SIC
